By accessing the MNDSET AI platform, its decentralized application (DApp), and the $MND token ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this platform. Use of our services is void where prohibited by local law.

2. Nature of Service

MNDSET AI provides a neural interface for focus-optimization and cognitive tracking. We are a decentralized protocol. We do not hold your private keys or have access to your digital assets.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to exploit the focus-mining protocol via automation, bots, or any form of Sybil attack. Violation results in permanent address blacklisting from the MNDSET neural grid.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Architect" visual brand, the neural interface design, and all proprietary AI models are the intellectual property of MNDSET AI.

5. Limitation of Liability

MNDSET AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any financial losses, smart contract failures, or network congestion issues on the Solana blockchain.
